What kind of success/struggles have you seen?
I feel my most success is in still being able manage all the machines and keep my body flexible.

Why do you love Curves?
I usually go between 6:00 and 6:30 am. It starts my day, all the instructors are always friendly and very kind. To mix with the ladies and get a few laughs before the day starts in earnest. What more do you want???
Any additional comments?
I was at a therapist for treatment on one hip and with a week's exercise my hip was improving. My therapist felt the exercises she gave me were too easy, and with the new exercises, I was fine a week later. She told me I was flexible as a 20 year old (I was 84 at the time).
If you don't keep it up, you lose it!!!

Why do you love Curves?
I love the freedom to go when it suits me and that the entire routine (including stretches) takes only 45 minutes. I especially like that I can travel and still use Curves.

I have been seeing an upper cervical chiropractor for several years. It started out to heal my plantar fasciitis, which it did, but I continue to see her every 4 weeks to keep everything in alignment. Her name is Dr. Janice Baldwin and she feels there has been significant improvement in my muscle structure since joining Curves.
